Client Server Timeline

1999 – Client Server co-founded by David Kerr and David Cooper in David Kerr’s living-room! Focussed on C++ development

2001 – Established office in Surbiton and increased scope to recruit for a wider range of technologies

2007 – Due to success and expansion moved to large offices to Esher, with a wonderful view of Sandown racecourse (no longer any need to have meetings in the kitchen!)

2009 – Became the number one recruitment partner for the world’s leading peer-to-peer betting exchange as well as numerous financial spread betting firms

2010 – Became the number 1 recruiter for a number of top tier Investment Banks and a global leading financial data provider. In response to continued pressure from our client base, Client Server’s contract division was officially launched, headed up by Adrian Davies. Introduced Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant Training Scheme.

2011 – Continued expansion with a second office based at Bank, City of London, allowing us to be closer to our client base and give us better access to our candidates; it has also lead to three official graduate intakes dates per year and a great deal of healthy competition between offices!
