Charles - Consultant

Charles (Chaz) graduated from Durham University with a 2.2 in Zoology in 2011.

He joined Client Server in July 2011 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and is enjoying great success. He has completed his training period and become a full consultant, having billed £90k in the last six months. He is on track to exceed target and is set to earn £40k in his first year. Charles is looking forward to progressing his career to a more senior position with account management, team leadership responsibilities and an even greater earning potential.

“I was first attracted to recruitment by the opportunity to make money quickly and dictate my own earnings. Joining Client Server has been great for me, you do genuinely get the opportunity to progress quickly in an enjoyable atmosphere; as long as you’re prepared to work hard you can reap the rewards.”

Adam - Senior Consultant

Adam has had a varied career and is a great example of how a competitive and motivated individual can achieve their earning potential without any previous sales or recruitment experience within Client Server.

He graduated in 2002 from the Royal College of Music. Following a recommendation from a friend he sought out a career in the armed forces, joining the RAF, this allowed him to follow his passion for music and sports, captaining the golf and football team. After a period of service Adam met his soon to be wife and resigned from his post at the RAF.

After pursuing his career in music Adam decided he wanted to focus on making money and keep music as an enjoyable hobby. Adam joined Client Server on the 1st June 2009 and “hasn’t looked back”. Since joining as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at the age of 29, Adam has progressed to become a Senior Consultant / Account Manager. In 2010 he billed nearly £300,000 (including breaking the company's biggest ever deal record) and account managed a further £200,000 of business.

“To begin with it was a leap of faith, I took a £10k pay cut on my basic, but at Client Server you do get to dictate your earnings. It’s like running your own business within a business as long as you’re motivated and have a competitive streak this is an ideal opportunity to make big money.”
