Description

Senior C# Developer / Software Engineer (GUI, WinForms, WPF, WCF). Leading Investment Bank is seeking a highly talented C# GUI Developer to join the algorithmic trading technology and Quant team.

As a Senior C# developer you will design and develop extremely high quality trading GUI’s based on C# from the base architecture to full production, connecting to a real time mission critical multi-threaded C++ backend. You will be working in a dynamic fast paced environment with a mix of strategic development and tactical changes.

Requirements:
• Extensive C# design and development experience ideally with experience of developing a trading GUI, demonstrable clean architecture and design
• Must have experience of financial markets, similar finance/ banking environment
• WinForms, WPF, WCF
• Comprehensive knowledge of C# widgets and 3rd part connectivity
• Familiar performance, latency and throughput issues
• Thorough understanding of distributed multi-tier systems, networks, TCP/IP, database and messaging architectures
• Desirable: C++, STL, Boost, Java, SQL, experience with derivative pricing
