Tester Graduate / Junior Test Analyst – Break into Finance!

Tester Graduate / Junior Test Analyst sought by prestigious City based financial trading software provider to test their flagship high performance multi-threaded trading application. The company offer superb career prospects, training and the opportunity to learn about the finance industry.

Responsibilities:
• Test newly developed software, existing software upgrades and deployments to ensure quality is maintained
• Use tools such as Test Director and QTP to enhance testing efficiency
• Capture and transform requirements into test specifications
• Identify vulnerable areas of the software
• Raise, prioritise and track defect reports through to conclusion

Requirements:
• You MUST be degree educated, having achieved a 2:1 or above from a top tier university and have good A-Level results
• Some testing or development experience with a real desire to progress your career in testing
• Understanding of networking TCP/IP and SQL Server
• Desirable: ISEB / ISTBQ, any automated experience with Winrunner or QTP desirable
