Junior Technical Business Analyst San Gwann to €30,000

As a Junior Technical Business Analyst you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, helping to turn ideas into impactful solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to uncover business needs, analyse processes and spot opportunities for improvement and automation.

Partnering with developers and solution architects, you'll help design and deliver smart, scalable systems that make a real difference to how the business operates. You'll act as a key link between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans and keeping everyone aligned along the way.

You'll also contribute to user acceptance testing, refining software through direct collaboration with developers, and play an active role in driving continuous improvement by staying ahead of new tools and technologies.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the San Ġwann office, initially on a fulltime basis, but when you're up to speed on all the systems you'll be able to work from home twice a week.

About you:

• You're a Business Analyst with a strong technical understanding, a software development background would be beneficial or experience of working in software / product companies
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You have excellent communication and relationship building skills, with fluent English and ideally Maltese language skills
• You have a good appreciation of Project Management and data analysis tools
• You have achieved a Bachelor's (BSc) degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or closely related discipline
