Senior IT Service Desk Manager Milan / WFH to €70,000
Are you an experienced leader within IT Service Management?
You could be progressing your career, in an impactful management role as part of a friendly and supportive international team at a growing and hugely successful European car insurance tech company.
As the Senior IT Service Desk Manager you will lead and evolve the IT Support function, owning the end-to-end employee technology experience and ensuring every colleague can work efficiently.
Managing a team of ten IT professionals, you will be responsible for delivering a high-performing, reliable support operation whilst driving continuous improvement. You will transform the service desk from a reactive support function into a proactive, scalable and data-driven capability that anticipates needs, reduces friction and enables people to do their best work every day.
Location / WFH:
You'll join colleagues in the Milan office twice a week with flexibility to work from home.
