Junior Technical Support Engineer (Networking SQL) *Remote Interview WFH*. Bright, enthusiastic Computer Science graduate sought by market leading media software house that produce a pseudo real time C++ / VC++ multi-threaded global iTV broadcasting application allowing television broadcasters worldwide to automate playout, handle acquisition, allow low and high resolution editing and manage assets.

As a Junior Technical Support Engineer your role will be varied from first line telephone support to onsite support including testing of interfaces to third party vendor equipment, site commissioning of systems or sales support and demonstrations.

This is a superb opportunity to be mentored and receive in-depth training from a first class development team.

Requirements:
*Degree educated in Computer Science or closely related technical discipline - 2.1 or above, good A-levels
*Strong technical skills with a good knowledge of networking, SQL and computing fundamentals
*Understanding of an object orientated language, C++, C# preferred (please note this role will not divert to a developer role; you'll become a product support SME)
*Strong customer service focus, naturally confident communicator
*Excellent problem solving abilities, "logical mindset"
