As a Junior Technical Support Engineer your role will be varied from first line telephone support to onsite support including testing of interfaces to third party vendor equipment, site commissioning of systems or sales support and demonstrations.

Requirements:
*Degree educated in Computer Science or closely related technical discipline - 2.1 or above, good A-levels
*Strong technical skills with a good knowledge of networking, SQL and computing fundamentals
*Understanding of an object orientated language, C++, C# preferred (please note this role will not divert to a developer role; you'll become a product support SME)
*Strong customer service focus, naturally confident communicator
*Excellent problem solving abilities, "logical mindset"
