Job Description

2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows Office 365 Active Directory Exchange Networking). Hugely successful company that provides various marine support services to clients worldwide is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their London based team. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team within a dynamic company that operates in 70 countries around the world.

As a 2nd Line Support Analyst you'll be responsible for providing support to end-users of the company's enterprise computer network. Day to day duties will include; responding to queries and support tickets, escalating tickets to appropriate groups, installing and configuring software and hardware, providing user guidance and providing remote support to worldwide offices.

Requirements:
*Previous experience working in 1st and 2nd Line Support roles
*Office 365 installation and configuration experience
*Active Directory administration experience
*Experience with Windows 7 & 10 roll outs
*Understanding of TCP/IP
*Strong diagnostic skills
*Basic networking experience
