Job Description

2nd Line Support Engineer (Python Git Docker Kubernetes). Would you like to utilise your 2nd Line Support Engineer skills within a rapidly growing company born one of the world's most prestigious universities and backed by huge technology funders? You could be working alongside some of the best software engineers, researchers and developers and have the opportunity to learn new skills and apply new technologies.

Successful start-up is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to help monitor multiple sites running a SaaS application that provides real-time location services. You'll be responsible for supporting current and ongoing customer support queries and will maintain the availability of services to customers whilst working closely with development teams to sort evolving problems and predict system behaviour.

Based in Oxford, with good transport links, you will be part of a friendly team who will support you and encourage you to continually develop.

Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Support Engineer
*Good understanding of app support
*Understanding of Linux OS and comfortable working at the UNIX command line
*Ideally you'll have development experience
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: Python, Kubernetes, Docker
