Customer Success Specialist (Sales IT Technology). Global SaaS company is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their friendly, social and collaborative team. As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that customers gain the maximum value from the company's solutions by establishing lasting relationships. *Previous experience within an account management, customer success or similar role
