Office Administrator (Sales / Recruitment). Client Server Ltd is a leading Technology Recruitment Consultancy providing a full range of recruitment solutions to investment banks, hedge funds, established technology leaders, innovative technology start-ups and consultancies. We are currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our close-knit back office team as an Office Administrator.

Your role as an Office Administrator will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including; reception duties, maintaining in-house systems, supporting the consultants with ad-hoc requests and managing aspects of the database. You will also be responsible for maintaining stationary supplies as well as supporting the Advertising team by posting and editing job adverts online.

You'll be based in our Esher office (with the option to work from our London, Bank office on occasion) beautifully located by Sandown Racecourse with on-site parking available and only a 5 minute walk from the station. Requirements for Administrator:
*Bright, pro-active individual with excellent written and verbal English language communication skills and confident telephone manner
*Experience within an administrative position
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
*Personable, keen to work in a team environment and make a real contribution to the smooth running and success of the company
