Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer (Networking VMWare CISCO Windows Linux Bash Cloud). Fantastic opportunity for a talented Support Engineer to utilise and develop their skills within an enjoyable, technically challenging and highly rewarding work environment.
Global FinTech is seeking a Support Engineer to help build out, maintain and troubleshoot their rapidly expanding infrastructure and focus on making their environments more secure. You'll work alongside a talented team to deliver critical infrastructure whilst ensuring the highest level of availability, performance and security. Other day to day duties will include; designing and implementing Cloud based (AWS and Azure) and on premise services, designing and maintaining virtual servers (VMWare), designing and maintaining network and firewalls and automating infrastructure services.

*Previous experience within an Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support role
*Extensive networking experience (CISCO CCNA)
*Troubleshooting, VPS's, SANs and VMWare certified
*Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments
*Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
*Experience with Automation software (Chef, Ruby)
*Able to cover on-call hours on a rota basis
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: Cloud experience
