Your role as Administrator will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including reception duties, maintaining in-house systems, supporting the consultants with ad-hoc requests and managing aspects of the database. You will also support the marketing manager by posting job adverts online as well as carrying out office manager duties, such as maintaining stationary supplies and ordering refreshments and fruit. There'll be opportunities to get involved with organising brand marketing activities such as merchandise, Christmas cards / gifts and events.
You'll be based in our Esher (Surrey) office beautifully located by Sandown Racecourse, 5-10 minute walk from the station, limited parking available. Friendly team environment; full training will be provided although it is expected that you will have experience within a similar role.
Requirements for Administrator:
*Bright, pro-active individual with excellent written and verbal English language communication skills and confident telephone manner
*Experience within an administrative position
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
*Personable, keen to work in a team environment and make a real contribution to the smooth running and success of the company
