Application Support Analyst / Technical Consultant (Windows Microsoft Networking SQL). Leading energy trading platform is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their Technical Client Management team. Taking on a vital role within the company, you will be the first point of contact for your clients support and advisory needs, ensuring that you provide resolution and follow up any issues which arise along the way.

As an Application Support Analyst you will provide exceptional technical consultancy and 2nd line support to a number of high profile clients. Other responsibilities will include; managing deployment projects, installing and rolling-out advanced internet-based exchanges that run on Microsoft Windows platforms and actively seeking out ways to help evolve the team's processes.

Requirements:
*Experience supporting external client applications
*Strong Windows Server skills
*Exceptional customer service and communication skills
*Networking experience
*Fluent German speaker
*Desirable: scripting capabilities, ITIL, trading environment experience
