Job Description

Helpdesk Support Manager (Microsoft MCP / MCTS). Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Manager to take overall responsibility for the helpdesk performance, including SLAs, KPI and customer satisfaction.

As the Helpdesk Support Manager you'll manage a team of eight, performing daily catch-ups to identify any issues and tickets that need escalation; as well as developing the team through regular training sessions, monthly staff reviews and recruitment of new team members. You'll remain hands-on helping the team when needed and dealing with escalated tickets.

Offices based in Epsom, Surrey with parking available. Friendly, team environment.
