Job Description

Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Mobile Android Games). Use your expertise and previous experience as a Scrum Master to support a hugely successful company who have recently embraced Scrum methodology.

Global software house, who operate in the market for Android games, is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to be an agent of change; creating a culture of continuous improvement and teaching your team members the ways of Scrum (both in the company's London and Hungary offices). The role will involve a combination of hands-on activities within Scrum teams and also coaching the development teams to help them further understand Scrum and Agile methodology.

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will take on a number of responsibilities including; facilitating the continuous delivery of digital products and services, addressing any questions regarding the Scrum and Agile approach, embedding an Agile way of working for the development teams and working collaboratively with teams across the company to solve challenges.

Requirements:
*Experience leading Agile delivery teams in a complex and challenging business environment
*Previous Scrum Master experience
*Understand the principles of Agile and Scrum
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Keen to work collaboratively and knowledge share
