Hugely successful TV / Media software solution provider is seeking a Software Developer to join their dynamic team who deliver highly automated integrated audio, video and graphics functionality for ingest, channel branding and frame-accurate multi-channel play out. Your main responsibilities will be to design and develop real time, multi-threaded global broadcasting applications, design and implement solutions to problems and new feature requirements, report and fix bug defects and contribute to the continuous improvement of software practices.

Based in Surrey (easily commutable from Chertsey, Staines, Woking, Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon and Guildford) you will be joining a friendly and laid back team of talented developers with an informal dress code, social atmosphere and superb career growth opportunities.

Requirements:
*Strong C++ skills
*Multi-threading and real-time development experience
*Solid understanding of Networking and TCP / IP / UDP
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar
*Excellent communication skills
*Desirable: Video streaming, video codecs, audio processing, image processing
