Systems Engineer / HelpDesk Team Lead (Linux TCP/IP Networking). Start-up software house, focusing on building a sports betting platform is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer. You will guide a talented team to support a live customer-facing production service, development, user acceptance testing and quality assurance test environments
As a Systems Engineer you will proactively troubleshoot challenging issues, devising and implementing innovative solutions. Working closely with developers, you will investigate any potential problems and plan changes to the platform.
Based in Central London, this is an Agile team environment where you will be encouraged to continuously grow you skillset, through training and exploring new technologies and techniques.
*Strong Linux skills
*Experience of TCP/IP Networking
*Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
*Previous experience support mission critical services
*Some team lead experience
*Good communication and customer-facing abilities
