Global mobile marketing company is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their energetic and highly talented TAM team who are responsible for managing client on boarding, ongoing client support and client related projects. This is a hands-on role where you will be using your strong technical skills to manage and execute technical projects, seamlessly execute operational tasks, troubleshoot issues and resolve any incidents.
As a Technical Account Manager you will establish strong relationships with external and internal clients, teams and partners, support regional and global initiatives, manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues and help to resolve complex support issues in a timely manner.
Based in the heart of London, you will join a technology driven and collaborative work environment.
*Experience working on relevant technical projects and technologies
*Exposure to Database / SQL
*Knowledge of Web Services and APIs
*Excellent communication skills and able to build strong client relationships
*Good problem solving skills
*Desirable: telecommunication knowledge, understanding of web programming
As a Technical Account Manager you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £55k) plus OTE.
