Technical Support Analyst (Linux C++ Java Shell). Looking for an interesting and challenging opportunity to work with the latest cutting-edge technology, develop your knowledge of the financial services industry and gain experience in dealing with high-profile clients?

Leading FinTech is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to liaise with clients to define and understand business and workflow requirements and to be the primary technical contact for new requirements, support issues and project deliverables. You will be using your design and development skills to resolve complex problems across platforms whilst also working alongside developers throughout the company to help design, test and deploy custom solutions.

Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Support Analyst
*Knowledge of Linux
*Basic programming knowledge and a desire to improve (such as C++, Java, Python)
*Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients and stakeholders across the company
*Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate solutions
