As a Support Engineer you will help to establish and manage an ERP support model, providing high quality and seamless Warehouse and Supply Chain support in both the US and UK (in collaboration with the UK team). Responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting Warehousing and Supply chain ERP user issues, acting as an SME for D365. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and system users at client companies in an impactful role.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team based in the Dallas, Texas office on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

About you:

• You have expertise with Dynamics 365 ERP including F&O (Finance and Operations)
• You have a good knowledge of Warehousing and Supply chain
• You have experience of providing first class technical support
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
