Offensive Security Engineer (Purple Team) London / WFH

You could be progressing your career at a leading Quantitative Trading firm.

As an Offensive Security Engineer you'll collaborate with a range of teams to identify and help resolve security issues and control deficiencies. You'll have a broad scope of responsibilities from discovering and resolving existing vulnerabilities and also helping to prevent vulnerabilities in solutions before they are even set-up, you'll have input into software engineering, DevOps, risk analysis, security governance and cyber awareness.

Location / WFH:

With fantastic offices based in the City, you will be part of a flat structured and open company that offer a fun work environment and plenty of opportunities to enhance your development through training and conferences. You will also have flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

• You're an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with a deep knowledge of Offensive security and Purple Teaming
• You are to advise software developers how to build and implement secure solutions from scratch
• You have advanced analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills, comfortable breaking down complex problems and taking a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
• You have a good understanding of Linux and are able to script / code (you're likely to have a software development background)
• You're a skilled communicator who enjoys interacting and collaborating across teams, able to build strong working relationships
