Forward Deployed Engineer Madrid / WFH to €150,000

Are you a senior, hands-on Software Engineer with client facing experience?

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will work closely with clients across a range of industries to understand their issues and design, develop and build products, including AI enablement, to improve the clients technology stack and capabilities. You'll be working with a range of technology, picking up new things on the job.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the Madrid office or at client sites, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You are an experienced Software Engineer, any from any OO background, likely to have experience with Python, SQL, TypeScript / JavaScript, Golang
• You have a strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as Design Patterns, Data Structures
• You are comfortable with AI and have a good knowledge of the tools available e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini
• You have experience of working with clients directly, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You hold a Grado from a top tier university in a technical discipline (BSc degree)
