AI Product Manager Barcelona / WFH to €120,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an AI native Product Manager to take ownership of AI agents from deployment through to measurable customer outcomes.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. You'll combine product ownership, AI expertise and forward deployed customer engagement, working directly with healthcare organisations across the US and other markets.
Every customer runs on agents, from cardiology discharge follow-ups and emergency department intake to appointment reminders. You'll configure, deploy, test, monitor and continuously improve these agents, with the opportunity to shape how an AI platform scales from hundreds to thousands of production agents.
What you'll do:
- Deploy with customers; you'll work directly with healthcare teams to understand how their processes work and translate them into effective AI agent behaviour
- Build AI agents; you'll configure conversation flows, prompts, extraction, escalation logic and orchestration using an AI native agent platform
- Own performance; you'll define KPIs, monitor production behaviour and take responsibility for whether agents deliver the outcomes customers bought them for
- Test and improve; you'll build rigorous regression suites, investigate production failures and ensure changes are proven before they go live
- Work with Sales; you'll act as the AI and technical product expert in customer meetings, demos, proofs of concept and scoping conversations, including with C-suite stakeholders
- Shape the product; you'll turn lessons from deploying agents at scale into templates, standards, tooling requirements and product improvements
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time (based in Spain), with occasional meet-ups in the Barcelona office.
Please note you must be based in Spain and not require a visa as the company is unable to sponsor.
About you:
- You have a strong understanding of AI, LLMs and agent based systems, with experience building AI products from scratch
- You have experience of working with enterprise-scale customers and senior stakeholders
- You have a background in Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineering, Technical Product, Consulting or an early-stage technology company
- You have a strong understanding of LLM systems in practice, including prompt design, structured extraction, evaluation and understanding why agents fail
- You have the technical confidence to work with logs, dashboards, traces, configuration, SQL and scripting. You don't need to be a software engineer.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both customers and internal teams
- You're willing to travel regularly to US customer sites and work flexibly across US and European time zones
