C++ Developer / Technical Lead London / WFH to £120k+

As a C++ Developer / Technical Lead, you'll remain hands-on while leading a talented team, driving architecture, design and development of low-latency, mission-critical systems. You'll define the technical vision, align stakeholders and deliver a roadmap that supports long term growth and innovation.

You'll play a key role in modernising legacy systems, improving engineering practices and enabling faster, more reliable releases. Alongside this, you'll foster a collaborative team culture, mentor engineers and ensure high standards of performance and reliability.

About you:

• You have a strong knowledge of the latest C++ standards and modern software design practices and principles
• You have experience with, or are keen to learn, Python
• You have experience within a finance environment, ideally with experience of trading, exposure / risk and hedging execution
• You have experience of renovating legacy systems whilst concurrently delivering on new projects
• You have excellent collaboration, leadership and stakeholder management skills
