IT Operations Manager (Windows / Linux) Malta

As the IT Operations Manager you will oversee IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly, securely and efficiently as well as managing a small team to drive technical excellence across Windows and Linux operating systems, Cisco networking and Server infrastructure. You'll implement best practices for system monitoring and performance, uphold standards and ensure swift resolution of any incidents or issues, acting as an escalation point.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a collaborative, upbeat team based in Birkirkara, Malta with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

About you:

• You have strong team / technical leadership experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
• You have a strong technical understanding and background with Windows including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Exchange, Cloud (AWS, Cloud, GCP any), Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) and Networking (Cisco)
• You're collaborative with fluent English language skills
