My Client Server Story: Rosie-May ParkerPosted over 4 years ago by Client Server

In the third part of our Client Server Story series, Senior Consultant Rosie-May Parker talks about why Client Server's culture was vital in her choosing to join the company.

Client Server really stood out to me when I was interviewing because of its culture. I say that honestly!  Everybody wants the company - and each other - to succeed. The interview process was very transparent and gave clear indications about the training scheme, progression, company values and environment – which were (and still are!) all very important to me.

Let’s face it—we spend most of our time at work, so I wanted to work at a company that has a great culture. At Client Server, we have monthly sales meetings and socials, quarterly incentives and lunch clubs plus team building days, and summer and Christmas parties. We have that work family vibe!

Since starting here, I have been supported right from trainee through to senior level with regular training sessions both internally and externally. These are often tailored to individual needs and progression routes and include weekly 1-2-1s along with yearly and bi-annual reviews.

My success has been celebrated and supported by all at Client Server. For someone who thought recruitment was never for them, I am now a Senior Consultant managing key client accounts, consistently billing and hitting targets to wanting to finish this year's Top 10. Joining Client Server was the best decision I ever made.
