I graduated from Leeds University in 2007 with a Business degree and have worked in the Recruitment Industry since then.
Since joining Client Server in 2010, I have taken on a variety of roles within the company. I started my time here as a Recruitment Consultant before moving into roles that have been more suited to my personality and strengths (Executive Assistant, Office Manager).
My role here at Client Server is as Learning and Development Manager. This involves all things “People” related – it will be my job to make sure we are getting the most out of our staff and giving them the best opportunity to succeed.
I am responsible for Client Server’s HR function – this covers the full Employee lifecycle including on boarding, training, benefits, policies, wellbeing, reviews etc.
I am also an ambassador for our Mental Health Team.
