Job Description

1st Line Support Engineer (Azure Office 365 Windows Linux) Pioneering cyber security organisation with huge promise is seeking an ambitious technologist to join their accomplished team.

The company is a leading provider of endpoint cyber security software solutions. Their encryption devices are used across a broad range of industries and sectors, from government to public sector, critical national infrastructure organisations and SMEs.

They're seeking an ambitious, customer-centric technologist to play a key role in their Customer Support Helpdesk team as a 1st Line Support Engineer. You'll act as a critical point of contact for clients, providing technical support and ensuring high quality customer service is maintained.

From resolving technical issues with your team to troubleshooting infrastructure issues or undertaking small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the Technical Services team, your work will be diverse, interesting and integral to the smooth operation of the company's technical ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, willing to get stick with a variety of technical issues from identification to resolution. It is essential any applying candidates have experience supporting cloud based services, specifically Azure and Microsoft Office 365.

Requirements:
*You're educated to degree level, Computer Science preferred
*You have commercial experience in a similar technical support / application support role
*You have demonstrable experience supporting cloud based services, specifically Azure and Microsoft Office 365
*You can navigate competing demands of concurrent technical issues and can prioritise tasks effectively
*You're a proactive team player who equally works well independently
*You're a passionate technologist, keen to develop your skills and learn
