Job Description

2nd Line Support Analyst (SQL Server SaaS) *Remote*. Tech for good company that provide a data centric SaaS platform used by thousands of schools across the UK is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team for a 6 month contract.

The company are taking on several new schools and therefore expect to see a sharp increase in support queries therefore, a 2nd Line Support Analyst is required to help with the workload. You'll be handling 2nd line customer queries, which have been escalated from the 1st Line Support Team, and will work closely wit the Support team Lead to identify and report incidents and manage known problems.

This is a fully remote role allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK or alternatively you can work from the Leeds based office.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within 2nd Line Support Analyst roles
*Good SQL Server skills
*Experience support a SaaS application previously
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
