2nd Line Support Analyst (Windows Azure Vmware Office365). Opportunity for a talented 2nd Line Support Analyst to utilise and develop their skills within an enjoyable, technically challenging and highly rewarding work environment.

Global FinTech is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to support Windows products and provide 1st and 2nd line support to a wide range of IT areas across the business. Key duties will include; desktop and server support, support and installation of Windows and Office applications, Active Directory administration, Cloud proxy administration, MDM administration and general Azure administration. This role will require you to work 1 Saturday every 3 weeks, however you will be given the Monday off in return.

Based in the heart of London, you will be part of a friendly work environment where you will be continually supported and encouraged to reach your full potential as a 2nd Line Support Analyst. This role offers flexible working allowing you to work from home 2 days a week.

*Experience as an IT Support Analyst
*Previously supported Windows environment and experience with Office365
*Azure admin experience
*Knowledge of Vmware
*Experience with mobile device management systems
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
