As a 2nd Line Application Support, you will provide support for specific applications and services, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues around networking, firewalls, and services within a timely and effective manner. You will face a broad range of issues across Microsoft products and services and will need to have good application knowledge to provide exceptional end to end support that exceeds the user's expectations. Technologies used within the business include Windows, Linux, SQL, HPC, and Azure.
You'll be based in large, modern offices in Reigate, with residential parking available and train links only a 10-minute walk away, and you can work remotely 4 days a week. There is an on-call rota 1 / 6 weeks which is well compensated.
Requirements:
As a 2nd Line Application Support you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £55k) plus a 10% bonus and 10% employer pension contribution.
