Job Description
You'll provide support on complex issues across a wide range of open source technologies as well as cloud based SaaS solutions including Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom, AWS infrastructure and GCP. There's a variety of tasks and projects to get involved with generated by a ticket desk from 3rd line support queries through to large scale automation projects and bespoke client requests.
There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; ideally you'll be able to join colleagues in the Uxbridge office once a fortnight.
Requirements:
*You have experience in a similar, highly technical IT / Infrastructure / Application Support position
*You have a strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP Routing, Layer 2, Switching, VPN, Firewalls
*You have experience with most of the following: ISO27001 compliance processes, Windows and Mac Group Policy scripting (SCCM, Endpoint Manager, JAMF); Cloud administration, Google Workspace, MDM, Windows and Linux OS, Active Directory
*You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology - are keen to learn and share knowledge with other in a collaborative environment
Job Role: 3rd line Support Engineer; Rate: £550 to £600 p/day (Inside IR35); Location: Uxbridge / Work from Home; Start: Immediate / ASAP; term: 3 month rolling contract
