Job Description

Application Support Analyst (SQL Excel Data Windows). Successful FinTech software house is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their talented team. The company provide financial software applications to the asset management and finance community, including Tier 1 Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Investment Managers.

As an Application Support Analyst you will diagnose and investigate technical issues, including application errors, configuration problems, standing data issues, network and infrastructure problems through to faults with third party systems. You'll be customer facing and will need the ability to engage well with clients and build up strong relationships.

With offices based in central London, you will be joining a technology driven, collaborative work environment where you'll be encouraged to continually learn and develop. You will need to mainly be office based to start whilst you get up to speed, from which point you can work from home 2 - 3 days a week.

Requirements:
*Previous experience of application support, supporting enterprise clients
*Excellent client-facing skills
*Basic knowledge of SQL
*Good Excel skills and data experience
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: Python, C#, batch scripting
