Job Description
As an Application Support Engineer you'll be joining the company's Technical Operations team who are responsible for providing exceptional support to the wider business. You'll be the go to person for issues that occur in-house on internal systems; debugging and troubleshooting software issues and escalating more complex issues where appropriate. Some of your other duties will include; working with the engineering team to establish workflows and optimise support platforms, verifying and documenting bugs and proactively testing for potential technical issues that users may face.
Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and collaborative company that offers a comprehensive benefits package. You will be expected to be in the office most days, however there is some work from home flexibility.
Requirements:
*Previous experience within a similar role (Customer Support Engineer, User Support, Software Support)
*Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
*Ideally you have had some exposure to / understand the basics of Java
*Achieved a 2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar from a top tier university
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Desirable: knowledge of Kotlin and Python
