Job Description
As an Application Support Engineer you be responsible for investigating customer issues within agreed SLAs via remote access (e.g. VPN, WebEx etc.) to customer systems, gathering sufficient information to pass on to other engineers. You'll perform data fixes or configuration changes to resolve issues or work around problems and keep detailed records of change requests. Your role will also include onsite customer installations, upgrades and demos in a pre-sales capacity.

Requirements:
*Application Support experience
*Good SQL and Oracle skills, ability to script
*Excellent communication skills, able to build client relationships (Polish and English fluency)
*Computer Science degree or closely related technical or scientific discipline
*Desirable: familiarity with sample management operations/systems or other relevant life science/bio-pharmaceutical industry
