You could be joining a growing start-up that is utilising Machine Learning and AI technology to revolutionise a unique area within the farming space.
As an Application Support Engineer you will have a wide remit of responsibilities, providing level 1 and 2 support to sites across the globe (Scotland, Norway, Chile, Canada, Australia). You'll provide training to client users to reduce the level 1 issues coming through, help developers to manage backlogs and priorities via Jira and also carry out testing of new releases. You'll have regular interaction with clients and also provide reporting on key data metrics.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time you could join colleagues in a beautiful riverside town in Richmond, South-West London / Surrey with excellent transport links close by or could continue to work fully remotely from anywhere in the UK.
Requirements:
*You have experience in a similar technical role, providing application support
*You're familiar with bash, systems administration, Docker
*You're happy to use Jira, training provided on this and custom support tools
*You have excellent communication skills
*You have good analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
