Backend Software Engineer Remote Poland 22,000 zloty per/month

Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C++ Linux Algorithm Data C++ 14) *Remote / Work from Home*. Are you a skilled Backend Software Engineer with C++ experience looking to work on complex and challenging systems where you can progress your career and take ownership?
You could be joining a global FinTech in a senior, hands-on role.

As a Backend Software Engineer you will design and develop C++ multi-threaded real-time software to enhance and maintain trading systems infrastructure; there's lots of algorithm and data structure design work as well as implementation and delivery of new functionalities. You'll be collaborating within a supportive Agile team environment using TDD to produce quality, well tested code.

There's currently a remote interview / onboarding process as well as work from home with a great deal of flexibility going forwards; you can work remotely from anywhere in Poland or join colleagues on the office based in Cracow with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities.

Please note: this position is open to Ukrainian citizens currently in Poland.

Requirements:
*You have multi-threaded C++ development experience
*You have a thorough understanding of algorithm design, the full software development lifecycle, real-time systems and data structures
*You have a good knowledge of Linux
*You're collaborative with good communication skills; English language (Polish also beneficial but not necessary)
