As a Backend Web Developer you will have a wide remit of projects; initially you'll be focussed on a building the secure payments system for the website. You'll have the freedom to choose the best technologies and tools available collaborating with the CTO and CEO to make recommendations and understand the long term vision.
You'll then move onto implementation of a service based model for the backend hosting using Cloud technology (AWS / Azure) and help to set up the infrastructure, user accounts and implement C++ binaries; with many more projects to follow including front end work if desired.
You'll be based in East London in a small, collaborative team environment; there's a shuttle bus from the mainline station and lots of pop-up food stalls just outside to make lunchtimes interesting.

*Experience with payments systems e.g. Flask, Stripe or other - able to make recommendations on suitability of payment platforms
*Good working knowledge of Linux OS
*Collaborative, happy to get stuff done and contribute to the whole team
As a Backend Web Developer you will earn a competitive salary (to £60k); 25 days holiday; pension and potential stock options.
