Business Development Consultant / BDM (London). Client Server is a technology recruitment consultancy that specialises in finding exceptional candidates for clients across the whole of the technology sphere; from two people start ups to industry innovators. At Client Server, we operate a split-desk model which means we have specialist teams dedicated to a particular area of recruitment. As a Business Development Consultant, you'll play a critical role in the Client Server ecosystem, developing new relationships with prospective clients.

Your role will be supported by our talented teams of consultants, and vice versa, as you'll follow up on leads generated by consultants and will call upon your industry experience to negotiate terms of business. This means, that at any given time you could have multiple dedicated teams of consultants working to place candidates in businesses that you've won.

Our success is proven by the robustness and resilience of our client relationships; our clients trust that we will consistently deliver a first rate service. As a Business Development Consultant you'll have a high-level overview of our strategy and a deep understanding of our unique selling points, what truly sets Client Server apart when pitching to new business. You won't need an in-depth understanding of the technical nuances of each role as you'll work with specialist delivery teams, each with their own specific area of expertise.

By becoming a Business Development Consultant at Client Server you'll earn uncapped commission, an annual bonus and quarterly incentives (approximately £3k in prizes, on top of up to 25% commission). What are we looking for?
*You have experience developing new business in high quality prospective clients and enhancing existing accounts
*You have an existing networks of contacts in the technology industry which you are keen to grow
*You have experience leading impactful client meetings to qualify both the business opportunity and role specification
*You're a confident self-assured communicator, able to bring people onside from the outset and are comfortable approaching cold contacts
*You're a positive team player with a resilient attitude, willing to get stuck in
