Job Description
As a C++ Developer you'll be working within a cross-functional scrum team, designing, developing and maintaining features for the company's industrial software technology. You'll be using modern technologies including C++ 17 (soon to be moving to C++ 20), and there are plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline including Cloud migration, VR and AR type work. The company will be using more web technologies soon and therefore will be growing out these teams, creating opportunities for progression and the chance to develop your skillset within other cross functional teams and technologies.
Based just outside of Cambridge, with parking available onsite, you'll be working in modern offices alongside a fantastic team. You won't be expected to be in the office every day and will be able to work from home, however it is important you are within driving distance of the office as you'll need to come in on a weekly basis for stand-ups and meetings.
Requirements:
*Previous experience within a C++ Developer role (using any version)
*Experience with Linux or Windows (ideally both)
*Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
*A desire to learn and develop new skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Nice to have: Python scripting experience
