Job Description

C++ Developer / Video Game Programmer (AAA) *Remote Process WFH*. Would you like an opportunity to combine your love of technology and passion for gaming in one of the fastest-growing games studios in the UK?

You could play a key role in the delivery of a strong pipeline of projects in an independent, forward-thinking game studio based in Leamington Spa, a location internationally recognised as a hotspot for video game development companies.

As a C++ Developer you'll call upon your C++ experience to design, develop, test and implement game code, working across the full development lifecycle. You'll collaborate with talented designers and artists business-wide, to create the highest possible quality for users across the world.

*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures, as well as fully remote working until 2021. This company is also able to sponsor visas and offer a relocation package to the best fitting candidates.

Going forwards, you will have continued flexibility including 1-2 days working from home. The offices are currently undergoing renovation, and when office-based you can enjoy first-class facilities and top of the range kit to work with*

Requirements:
*You have strong C / C++ programming experience
*You have experience of working within the video games industry on console or mobile games, having shipped at least one AAA game
*You have experience with low level optimisation / shader programming / physics / mathematics
*You have good working knowledge of industry standard development practices, source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, external QA and localisation teams
*You have a genuine passion for games and technology and love what you do
