C++ Software Engineer / Video Games Programmer (AAA) Multi-award winning games development company that has been recognised as a top place to work in the gaming industry is seeking a tech-driven C++ Software Engineer to join their accomplished team.
Since this independent games studio sparked into life in 2015, they have overseen multiple major releases, and constantly push the boundaries on what it means to be state of the art.
In this C++ Software Engineer role, you'll be based in Leamington Spa, recognised as an international hotspot for games development.
You'll play a key role in the delivery of a strong pipeline of projects, calling upon your C++ experience to design, develop, test and implement game code, working across the full development lifecycle. You'll collaborate with talented designers and artists business-wide to create the highest possible quality for users worldwide.

Going forwards, you will have continued flexibility including 1-2 days working from home. The offices are based in Leamington Spa, a location internationally recognised as a hotspot for video game development companies. They are currently undergoing renovation, and when office-based you can enjoy first-class facilities and top of the range kit to work with*
*You have strong C / C++ programming experience
*You have experience of working within the video games industry on console or mobile games, having shipped at least one AAA game
*You have experience with low level optimisation / shader programming / physics / mathematics
*You have good working knowledge of industry standard development practices, source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, external QA and localisation teams
*You have a genuine passion for games and technology and love what you do
