Job Description
As a CRM Consultant / Delivery Manager you will partner with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity; helping clients to clearly define their requirements via needs analysis and process reviews, documenting customer requirements and helping to produce project plans which guide customers through successful implementation. This will include defining data migration strategies and configuring the solution to meet customer requirements. You'll take ownership of small projects and implementations and work with product management to feedback on customer needs, influencing the technical roadmap.
The company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time you'll have a mixture of WfH, office based and client site visits.
Requirements:
*You have a strong knowledge of current CRM solutions on the market
*You have experience of working with clients from requirements analysis through to solution delivery
*You're adept at forming strong and effective working relationships
*You're a confident and pragmatic communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
