CTO / Chief Technology Officer *Hybrid WfH*. Do you have experience of building and scaling high performance, cross functional software development teams?
You could be joining a tech company that provides a range of identification and authentication services e.g. app to demonstrate your right to work (visa status) and remote access portals for large scale organisations. The technology is highly complex incorporating cutting edge Face ID, document scanning and verification applications.
As the CTO you will be responsible for building out the technical team and strategy to enable the company to scale and bring all tech in-house. You'll set engineering best practice, oversee technology choices and security. There's an established team of mobile developers (iOS and Android) and a successful product to build upon. You will collaborate with other board members and senior stakeholders, determining the feasibility of proposed features and representing the technology team in strategy meetings.
There's a remote interview process, following that you'll join colleagues in London once a week / fortnight with lots of flexibility.
*You're an experienced technologist with a software development background and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
*You have experience of building small engineering teams to large scale operations and are able to support rapid growth and scalability
*You're well versed in modern engineering practices, DevOps, microservices and Cloud environments
*You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies and clean coding principles, able to set best practice and KPIs
*You have advanced communication and collaboration skills
As the CTO you will earn a competitive salary (to c£180k base) plus stock options, bonus and benefits, bringing total comp to well in excess of £200k.
