Job Description

Client Account Manager Implementation / Consultant (SQL) *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you customer focussed and tech savvy with Financial Services experience? You could be progressing your career and making a real impact at a technology driven FinTech.

As a Client Account Manager you will focus on customer relationships, ensuring that the client gets the maximum benefit from the suite of financial services product and that the partnership exceeds expectations. You'll own and develop the delivery relationship with stakeholders across on-premise and SaaS clients, acting as the customer's primary escalation point for any issues they face. You will work consultatively with clients to understand their objectives, drive user engagement and provide product expertise; collaborating with the business and technology teams to feedback.

The company are currently working fully remotely and intend to do so for the foreseeable, when you do return to the office / client sites they'll be flexibility to work at home part of the week.

*You have experience in a client facing customer focussed role and are skilled at building close working relationships
*You have advanced analytical and problem solving skills
*You've worked in a Financial Services environment and have a good understanding of the domain
*You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
