As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for their global customer base, acting as the 'face of the business'. This role balances high-level responsibilities like building account plans, with local level customer interaction and critical relationship building.
In this Client Success Manager role, you'll take ownership of customer onboarding, leading proactive discovery conversations and securing new opportunities as well as contract renewal tasks and commercial negotiations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with company leaders from multiple functions, improving products and services and contributing to the business' growth overall.
The ideal candidate will be a self-assured, professional communicator who is able to forge robust working relationships with ease and can handle competing demands confidently from a variety of individuals from board-level stakeholders to single users.
*You have a proven track record in commercial success and customer development at a SaaS company
*You can build long-term working relationships with ease and can deeply understand individual use-case / objectives
*You are a first-rate communicator, able to communicate / present to / influence key stakeholders at all levels
*You're able to assess technical needs to deliver best solution
*You're meticulously organised and highly motivated (good project management skills desirable)
*Beneficial: you can absorb / leverage technical concepts as they develop, you have some coding experience
