Job Description

Cloud Operations Engineer / NOC Specialist (AWS Azure Kubernetes SQL). Would you like to develop your skills and refine your craft in a pioneering technology company, where you'll join a highly collaborative, growing team and support their cutting-edge core platform?
This tech-driven company is carving a revolutionary path in identity, fraud and authentication and as a Cloud Operations Engineer you will be directly supporting their effort to protect company's unique, digital identities.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer you'll play a key role in the growing Network Operations team, where you'll take ownership of monitoring the performance and availability of high priority systems, as well as responding to time-critical incidents and looking at fraud. You'll also have some Data Centre management responsibilities, as they are heavily cloud-focused (AWS).

You'll have the chance to enhance and develop your technical skills across a diverse, up-to-the-minute technology stack including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Bash, and you'll be supported to progress to a System or DevOps Engineer if desired.

Requirements:
*You have strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a technical support / network support role
*You have good working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP
*You have experience with TCP/IP networking protocols, e.g. HTTP, REST APIs
*You are familiar with distributed / microservices architecture and event-driven architecture
*You have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
*You're comfortable with command line shells, e.g. Bash, Zsh etc.
*Beneficial: working knowledge of modern scripting languages e.g. Python
