Job Description

Customer Success Manager (Technology Software). Successful tech start-up is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a growing team whose breakthrough technology is changing the way people develop software.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's customers are delighted and successful using their products. Your main responsibilities will include; establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with major accounts, driving a high level of customer satisfaction, supporting customers through the technical deployment phase and demonstrating ROI to customers; advising them on best practise and optimisation.

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a similar role for a software or technology company
*Client facing experience
*A solid understanding of software development practises
*Nice to have: experience with CRM software
