As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll take full ownership of onboarding customers and managing their account through the lifetime of their relationship with the company. You'll be representative of the company as you guide customers through onboarding towards their self-sufficiency, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that are identified on the way.

You'll play a critical role in higher level strategy, partnering with the Manager of Customer Success to develop and execute efficient onboarding strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive business development, identifying upsell opportunities where possible.

Requirements:
*You have commercial experience of SaaS account management of customer success experience
*You have proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships (SaaS-based companies preferable)
*You have comprehensive technical experience / working knowledge of Cloud software
*You're a confident, self-assured communicator with experience in delivering training to groups
*You're a positive self-starter able to work resourcefully take the lead when required
